 Abstract

Small world phenomena have been intensively studied in social networks since the famous Milgram experiment and their studies have also been extended to other types of complex networks. In this talk, we will look into the problems in wireless ad hoc networks. In particular, we will discuss how the small world is formed, under what conditions small worlds can be formed and the small world paths can be found using distributed algorithms. (Apr. 15,2011)
